Jen is a General Partner and General Counsel at WndrCo.
Jen Crystal is WndrCo's General Counsel, bringing 13 years of experience in strategic advising, asset management, private equity and transactional matters.
Before joining WndrCo, Jen served as Managing Director and Deputy General Counsel at PineBridge Investments, a global asset manager, where she was responsible for legal matters for the firm's private equity, private credit and alternative investments businesses managed from the Americas. Jen started her career at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, focusing on private equity, M&A and general corporate law matters. She has a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD and LLM in International and Comparative Law from Duke University School of Law.
